2005 Pontiac Montana SV6

The 2005 Pontiac Montana SV6 is a stunning interpretation of the minivan concept, producing what Pontiac calls the “crossover sport van” with styling similar to heavy duty SUVs. Indeed, the elongated nose does make this vehicle appear much like an SUV. It also contributes to the safety of the passengers in the case of an accident.

A V6 engine with a capacity of 3.5 liters is accompanied by an automatic transmission with four speed options in the 2005 Pontiac Montana SV6. It generates 200 horsepower and a torque of 220 lb-ft with ease. Although the default drive mode available with the SV6 is front-wheel drive, a four-wheel drive model is also available.

Power sliding doors and lowered height, reminiscent of a minivan, coupled with aggression akin to SUVs, show that the 2005 Pontiac Montana SV6 is indeed designed for performance rather than appearance. It is without doubt that this vehicle, as Pontiac claims, is in a class of its own.
